Job Opportunity: Property Advisor A leading real estate platform in India

We're hiring Property Advisors in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)As a Property Advisor, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through their real estate journey. Your primary responsibilities include:

Working Hours:

- Day shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- 6 days working (Rotational week off)

- Free lunch provided at the office

- Health Insurance

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/inside sales/telemarketing/outbound sales.

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Tamil proficiency preferred for Bangalore location.

- Maximum age limit: 35 years.

- Real Estate sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling and client follow-up.

- Provide sales services to clients interested in buying real estate properties based on their requirements.

- Meet sales targets by acquiring new customer business and renewing/growing existing relationships.

- Liaise between clients and builders for updates on services, pricing, and new project launches.

- Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.

- Build and maintain client relationships for recurring business.

Educational Requirement:

- Graduate in any discipline.
