Propellum - Sales Role (3-5 yrs)
As the Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and prospective clients.
- You will be responsible for understanding the technical requirements of customers, demonstrating the capabilities of our job analytics product, and ensuring a seamless integration with their existing systems.
This role requires a combination of technical know-how, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Expertise : Gain a deep understanding of our job analytics product, including its features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
Pre-Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of our solution.
Solution Design : Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Product Demonstrations : Conduct live product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our job analytics product.
Proof of Concept (POC) : Manage and execute POC projects, ensuring successful outcomes that demonstrate the product's value and functionality in the customer's environment.
Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
Feedback Loop : Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help drive product improvements and innovation.
Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and user manuals.
Training : Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the effective use of our job analytics product.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the SaaS or analytics space.
- Strong understanding of job analytics, HR technology, and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, BI tools, data visualization software).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
