Job Position : Inside Sales/Business Development Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and client engagement. This role involves researching potential clients, identifying key decision-makers, and building strong relationships to develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in gathering information from multiple sources, initiating meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, and managing prospects through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and utilize diverse sources for effective lead generation.

- Identify the various stakeholders within the targeted organization and understand how to gather key information like reporting structure, budget cycles & building relationships with key stakeholders.

- Networking, Initiating Dialogues, and Engage key decision-makers within target accounts to establish and develop relationships.

- Manage and nurture prospects through ongoing communication and relationship-building via Phone calls and Emails.

- Prepare customized presentations and proposals to address client needs.

- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the team based on client interactions.

- Utilize various channels, including social media, articles, and content, to enhance lead generation.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to conduct independent research and effectively use information for targeted outreach.

- Strategic and analytical thinking with a consultative sales approach.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility with international time zones as needed.

- Experience- 1 to 3 Years
