Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and smart Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in the EdTech or Insurance sectors. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Management Information Systems (MIS).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a sales team to drive growth by actively engaging with potential customers and closing deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EdTech sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management using MIS tools.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
