Job Title: Sales Manager
The Sales Manager would be responsible for Institute BD sales, onboarding, maintaining and building relationships with Institute partners.
At Propelld we look to provide financing options to students looking to do short term courses at training Institutes. It involves identifying partner Institutes, pitching them our product/ services, finalizing commercials and agreements, on- boarding and maintaining fruitful relationship.
Role & Responsibilities :
- New Client Acquisition : Prospecting potential customers, tapping new Education Institutes (Institutes, Colleges & Universities)
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in with Institute/college/school/university admission officers
- Selling products or service offering to those clients.
- Managing a client's portfolio.
- Managing sales process.
- Identifying and networking with strong and reliable channel partner, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Follow-up of sales and arranging online meetings
- Promoting the company and its product/service.
- Build and Maintain relationships with key people in the education industry and liaising with relevant colleges/institutes.
Required Skills & Qualification :
- Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Sales Drive & Resilience.
- Excellent communication skills and Proficient in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and thorough knowledge in Business Development, Client servicing, sales, presales.
- Any Graduates and Post Graduates (Finance/Mktg)
- Min 1 - 3 years of experience, having worked in banking loan, insurance, education, fintech, Edutech sector in the past.
