Role Overview :
The Team Lead - Real Estate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to drive team performance to meet and exceed both team and individual sales targets. The Team Lead will play a critical role in developing strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate professionals to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings / trainings, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets or project milestones.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement sales/project management plans and - marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing top-notch customer service and addressing any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant workshops or training sessions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales figures, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in primary real estate sales, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or project deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
