Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive client engagement, foster strong relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services that meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and client feedback to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients to showcase the value of our solutions and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the acquisition of new clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and effectively influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems.
