Job Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and research to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify potential customers in target industries and markets by conducting thorough research.
- Use Hubspot to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of SPINX Digital's website development services to prospects.
Relationship Building and Qualification :
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects through regular communication and engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points and business requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales executives to facilitate smooth transitions from lead generation to sales closure.
Sales Pipeline Management :
- Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and manage it effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prioritize and follow up on leads promptly, ensuring regular communication and progress tracking.
- Provide detailed and accurate reports to the sales manager, highlighting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Identify areas for improvement in the lead-generation process and suggest strategies for refinement.
Communication and Collaboration :
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, email, and other channels to engage prospects effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing valuable insights and providing updates on lead progress.
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives, ensuring smooth handovers.

Qualifications and Skills :
Required :
- Minimum of Five years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and convey product benefits effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a solid analytical mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Motivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment, with a desire to advance within a sales organization.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Hubspot, to manage leads and track sales activities.
Preferred :
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field or at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
