Pronature - Sales Officer (3-8 yrs)
1. Leadership - you'll lead a team of field sales professionals, often leading from the front. You will be responsible to bring out the best in your team, your distributors and your customers (retailers) and end-consumers.
2. Offer designing - Design and validate trade schemes and consumer offers to create deals that weave magic and deliver.
3. Managing P&L - As a business in-charge for the assigned territory, you will be responsible for your own and your team's P&L.
4. Developing Relationships - work closely with all stake holders - employees, channel partners and customers, turning challenges into opportunities to showcase our commitment to wellbeing for all.
5. Analytics & Reporting - Analyse, take effective action, achieve, and report your progress as you chart a successful path forward. Analytical skills that can help uncover actionable insights from raw data
