Promoter/Team Lead - Sales (3-4 yrs)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Promoter/Team Lead to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and leadership skills to effectively promote our products and manage a team of sales promoters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate a team of sales promoters to achieve sales targets and enhance product visibility.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote products in the market.
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office and sales management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess sales data and market trends.
