Enterprise Success Manager

We are looking for a Enterprise Success Managers who will the existing customers and plays an integral role in keeping the customers happy by addressing their needs from time to time. Should be able to do new business pitches and ensures the client is retained for the company. Help in planning, strategizing and managing the full relationship between Business and Important customers.

Experience - 5+ years

Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Building long-term relationships with key clients

- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product sold to customers

- Offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's issues and challenges

- Addressing customer concerns and complaints

- Create plans to address clients' business needs

- Help customer success team up-sell or cross-sell services and products

- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers' needs.

Skills : 

- At least 5+ years experience Sales and PR background would be good

- Should be confident in Sales - doing Business and Product Pitches.

- Should have done key account management at some level.

- Strong communication skills (English: Written & oral)

- Good people's skills

- To handle multiple Clients at times

- Should be flexible & adaptable to start up the environment

- Flexible to different Shifts as we handle a Global Market
