ProMobi Technologies - Insides Sales Specialist (1-3 yrs)

Location - Pune
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative with 1-2 yrs. experience who
thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Has good experience in SAAS B2B sales.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition
and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with
channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities : - The individual role that you- ll play in our team:
- Inbound /outbound sales targets
- Experience in B2B SAAS Sales
- Sales calls & demo of the product
- Should handle End to end sales process.
- Be responsible for Sales planning, budgeting
- To make reports/presentations/proposals
- To Collaborate with other teams. (development & marketing team)
- Understand the needs and requirements and guide the prospects
- Communicate fluently and help the prospects buy the solution. Should be able to convert
trialing prospects to customers.
- Take individual monthly sales targets
- Will have to work in shifts

- Should be an extrovert, highly motivated individual with a willing to learn attitude.
- Strong work ethics.
- Excellent selling skills (inbound / outbound)
- Sound knowledge of software product industry
- A keen interest in IT issues
- Self starter
- The ability to write reports and proposals
- The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
- MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Engineering would be an added advantage
Key Skills:
- Experience in inbound sales. 1-2 years.
- Strong communication - Written and Verbal also should have strong Negotiating skills
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
- Identify target markets and lead generation
