Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.


- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the edtech sector or an online business/portal environment.


- This role demands a highly skilled individual with expertise in SEO, SME, SMO, Google My Business, Google Ads, HTML, on-page and off-page optimization, CPP, and influencer marketing.


- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand presence, and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across all online platforms.

- SEO/SME/SMO: Develop and execute SEO, SME, and SMO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, and enhance user engagement.

- Google My Business & Google Ads: Manage and optimize Google My Business listings and Google Ads campaigns to drive local search visibility and targeted traffic.

- HTML & Website Optimization: Utilize HTML skills for on-page optimization and ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for search engines.

- On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and performance tracking.

- Content Planning & Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with marketing goals and audience needs.

- CPP (Cost Per Click): Manage and optimize CPP campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve desired cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.

- Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and drive authentic engagement.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the ed-tech sector or an online business/portal environment.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SEO, SME, and SMO strategies and tools.

- Extensive experience with Google My Business and Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of HTML and website optimization techniques.

- Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO.

- Proven track record of managing CPP campaigns.

- Experience in influencer marketing and engagement.

- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
