Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new customers on using our community health platform effectively
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Advocate for customer needs internally while balancing company priorities
- Provide exceptional support via email, chat, and occasional phone calls
Requirements :
- University Degree in business/healthcare/technology or equivalent practical experience
- Impeccable communication skills (written/spoken).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or willingness to learn
- No prior work experience required; however, any exposure to customer service roles or internships is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with flexible hours
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Willingness to adapt to customer needs across various US time zones, including evening/night work.
