Projects Sales Role - Electrical/Switchgear (5-10 yrs)
- Drive specifications and generate business opportunities from specifiers and allocate key accounts.
- Should possess good rapport/ equity with electrical consultants & Govt. Authorities
- Map upcoming projects, identifying and addressing the influencers involved for generating a strong pull.
- Must measure the base of projects specified on a periodic basis and communicate to sales.
- Must have the knack of gauging the consultant specific dynamics in driving specification and preference for the brand.
- Creating a strong pull for the brand the specifier fraternity in the assigned geography.
- Technically sound and good ability to make presentation.
- Good product knowhow with the acumen to convey a feature/benefit analysis.
- Map competitors' strengths and weakness whilst making product solution pitch.
- Identify measurable outcomes for the activity in terms of value of specification done on a periodic basis and drive it aggressively.
- Should have an acumen for technical understanding of the product solutions being offered and to use technology/product features as a pitch to generate sales.
