Project Sales Role - Steel Tube (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Generating enquiries & subsequently, new orders of difference type of steel pipes including DI, ERW, Seamless, SAW Pipes etc. from various customers like EPC Contractors, Infrastructure project contractors, civil contractors, MEP Contractors etc.
- Keeping track of various govt. Tenders, Upcoming and existing Tenders awarded details of corresponding contractors - approaching them for sales of construction materials.
- Promoting the products & brands to existing & new customers
- Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports also analyse the market trend for competitors as well as price trends.
- Sales reporting and reviewing performance - Working towards achieving the sales target
Desired Work-Experience :
- At least 3-5 years' experience in sales of steel pipes segment (mandatory)
- Understanding of Steel pipe manufacturing process and production feasibility and Segment wise business like infrastructure, Oil n Gas, Water project, Irrigation, Fire Fighting, General & Structural engineering project (mandatory)
- Experience of project sales & institutional/project customers (preferred). Must execute the complete cycle from Enquiry generation to payment collection.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of techno-commercial sales.
- Willingness to work in project sales is must.
- Having a good rapport with the pipe customers in the designated zone.
Desired Educational Qualification :
- Graduate from Reputed University. (Preferably Science/Engineering)
- Very good communication skill in English, Hindi & concerned regional language.
