7 GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
- Must have experience working with Architects and Designers.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS MUST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the business development and achievement of sales & margin targets.
- Identify & generate potential leads for the region.
- Maintain very personalized relationship with architects, builders & interior designers and liaised with social networking sites participation in their programs, Royalty program and business meeting.
- Responsible for Business Development activities
- Should be able to understand customer needs to design and present the solutions to the Installers for their upcoming projects as per the project needs.
- Implement & Execute Various promotions to drive revenue and customer acquisitions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Technical & the other respective teams for a smooth & hassle free execution.
- Support the overall development of the new joiners.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYSIS
- Continuously monitor & track the developments in the market & competition activities,and ensure timely communication to Sales Leaders & respective product marketing manager.
