Project Sales Role - Air Pollution Control Equipment (7-12 yrs)
Job Description:
1) Primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
2) Spell out market strategy and execute the same in a time bound manner.
3) Maintaining a stable knowledge base of the business's industry, competitors, and regulatory activity.
4) Participation in numerous industry events and conferences, establishing and maintaining long term relationships with key consumers, potential consumers, and key strategic partners.
5) Mentor key personnel in the department, ensuring their constant professional growth, and assisting them in the execution of their duties where necessary. Organise training programmes as applicable.
6) Prepare MIS reports regularly as defined and submit it to reporting officer for review.
7) Support other business functions with any liaison activities to achieve business goals of organisation.
Job Requirements:
1) Graduate in Degree in Engineering or Science.
2) Master's Degree in Marketing
3) Demonstrated at least 7 years of working experience in a high-level sales position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment with a successful record of accomplishment. Track record of exceeding goals in previous positions while growing and scaling a sales organization of a sizeable business.
4) Articulate communication skills are mandatory in English, Hindi and any other known languages.
5) Highly technologically adept and tech savvy.
6) Capable of conducting standard performance, market, and competitive analyses.
7) Passion for interacting with others, a strong commitment to delivering excellence to consumers, and have a sense of urgency and resourcefulness.
8) Commitment to quality, have a can-do attitude, be capable of working independently, as well as with others, be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, be able to handle numerous tasks and meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate composure in times of uncertainty, inspiring the same in team.
9) Approachable and likable individual who is able to make strong and meaningful connections with others.
