Project Sales Role (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring a Project Sales Engineer for our client.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3+ Years
Work type: Work from office
Interview Mode: face to face
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Take the lead in on-site meetings, presentations, and negotiations, showcasing our technical solutions and building confidence in our capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our waterproofing products and services.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and offering solutions to challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in waterproofing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing our technical solutions to clients.
- Prepare accurate and timely project proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Ensure successful project implementation by overseeing the execution of project plans and delivering on time and within budget.
- Conduct on-site project assessments, collaborating with clients to tailor solutions that align with their unique requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies and relationship-building.
Desired candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project sales within the waterproofing industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
