Job Title : Project Sales Engineer - Mumbai
Job Purpose : To generate enquirers /get orders from government agencies & other allocated clients to achieve set targets, to maintain Client relationship, to analyze competitor's competence & prepare counter-attack mechanisms
Job Responsibilities :
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & MANAGEMENT :
- Responsible for introducing the company to MCGM as well as govt. clients
- To map the hierarchy of the whole Government agency & to maintain relationships at every level
- Meeting Client officials on regular basis for
- Customer Engagement
- Customer Satisfaction
- Notifying developments business & new Products.
- Promoting new product portfolios
SALES/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :
Client Acquisition :
- Mapping & Acquiring orders via new clients
- Generating leads with various clients & to nurture the same to convert it to business .
- Follow up of quotations to ensure its conversation to order and passing it to Execution team.
- To obtain technical specification from client site wherever required.
- To ensure Sales target is achieved 100%
- Maintaining GP Margin at 20%
- To assess competition in different projects & to prepare strategy on techno commercial front.
- Follow project selection criteria
Key Skills : Industry Preference - Manufacturing Industries
Relevant Experience - 1 to 5 years of experience into Project Sales
Job Location : Mumbai
Gender- Male Candidates
Working Days : 6 days
Qualification : Diploma / BE - Mechanical or Electrical or BSc with over 3 years experience in project sales /sales of capital equipment or Industrial product.
