Job Description:
- Candidate will be responsible to handle the team of Tele-callers - (Operation) - Outbound sales.
- Analyzing calls made by the team.
- Keeping track records of calls, maintaining various reports in excel
- Establish and execute a project communication plan.
- Coordinate with the IT department for CRM software updates & accordingly train the team on new upgrades.
- Coordinate recruitment of project personnel (manpower for the team).
