Project Manager - Sales - Horticulture (5-8 yrs)
Position Purpose: Responsible for all Horticulture Management & Business Development
activities in assigned region and maintain cordial relationship with existing Customers & achieve set targets.
Key Result Areas :
- Development and maintenance of all existing and new contractual site in term of Horticulture, landscaping, Nursery, kitchen gardening, organic Cultivation,environmental Management etc.
- Responsible for business growth & development though existing customer and new opportunity and achieve set target for assign region.
- Recruitment and trained the efficient and effective Manpower for project site, ensure 100% manpower should be on place for day to day operation.
- Hiring of efficient vendor through Effective Vendor Selection process.
- Ensure completion of all relevant MIS; maintain the accounting systems and processes with legible, precise, accurate and timely completion.
- Ensure billing and collection should be delivering on time as per Clients policy and agreement of the contract.
- Ensure 100% compliance on place.
- Ensure 90% CSR & 0% client compliant in assign region.
- Responsible for Staff engagement / Grievance handling process in accordance with HR policy

Key Competencies:
- Graduate / Post Graduate with experience in a Supervisory or Management role in a high pressure environment, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment
