Project Manager - Client Account - Social Media (3-8 yrs)
A Project Manager (PM) at Private Unlimited is the custodian of the client account. Apart from being a communication specialist, who understands the nuances of creating compelling communication and therefore is able to brief and drive communication work of exemplary quality and logic, he/she needs to be able to understand the pain areas for clients look at the big picture and bring a clear vision to the proposed solution.
The specific activities a PM (Social Media) owns at Synapse include:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of client account
- Content creation & deployment on social channels
- Campaign execution
- Events / event planning and support
- Daily response management
- Daily social conversation monitoring
- Analytics / Monthly report / Campaign reports
- Share of voice / sentiment tracking
- Influencer Management
- Manage the Social CRM tool
Desired skills
- Excellent writing / verbal skills
- Has 2-3 years- experience in managing social media accounts
- Extensive knowledge of popular social media platforms
- Working knowledge of social media CRM tool(s)
- Flexible & ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines
- Willing to self-learn and explore the latest trends in social media
