We are looking for a well-spoken Tele caller Representative to be responsible for domestic and International calling over telephone. The Tele caller Representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
Job Description:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass-out from English Medium only. Or pursuing Graduation from Distance learning.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Preferable to have experience with any international as well as domestic Tele caller center.
- Both male and female candidates can apply.
- Cold calling the Leads from the given database.
- Sending across corporate proposal through emails.
- Follow up with the Clients.
- Discuss any specific client needs or contractual arrangements with the Reporting Head before signing- off with the client.
- Work focused to achieve periodical sales goals and contribute to the success of the sales team.
