Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and Engage New Partners :

- Research and identify potential partners that align with Workelevate's strategic goals.

- Reach out to potential partners and present the value proposition of partnering with Workelevate.

2. Conduct Product Demonstrations :

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Workelevate.

- Customize demonstrations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential partners.

3. Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) :

- Collaborate with potential partners to set up and manage POCs with Product Team, ensuring successful outcomes.

4. Onboard New Partners :

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition

- Provide necessary training and resources to enable partners.

5. Generate leads in the Partners :

- Once partners are onboarded, generate leads by working with the sales/solution team of the partner.

- Give client presentation/demo to the client's partner

- Jointly work with Sales Head for pricing and closure.

Requirements :

- Must have 4-8 years of experience in Inside sales

- Experience in Partnering and Alliance would be preferred

- Graduation from B.Tech, MBA, MSC, MCA or equivalent

- Experience in SAAS/Software/IT industry

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

- Proficiency in MS-Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
