Programmatic Manager - Advertising/PR Firm (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities Include:
- Propagate the usage of Programmatic for campaign deployment
- Own daily operations and master trading-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges
- Manage client campaigns including: strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication
- Assist in the development of processes, documents, checklists, etc. that ensure efficient procedures and continual improvement for both new and existing clients.
- Work closely with our partners (technology, media, and data) to oversee the launch and execution of campaigns
- Continually review campaign performance, develop optimization recommendations and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented (either directly or through partners)
- Act as a resource for and collaborate with the Client interacting account teams through the sale/up sell process
- Display organizational and leadership capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of programs

Desired Skills and Experience :
- Working understanding of Paid Search and/or Display (Banner Advertising)
- Bachelor's degree in: economics, statistics, physics, engineering or advertising
- Data analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables & basic statistics
