Program Manager - New Clients & Marketplace Acquisition (6-15 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devise strategies for acquisition of new clients & marketplace
- Communicate job expectations, plan & review performance and then review job contributions
- Manage the sales team under him/her through constant guidance & supervision
- Help achieve the financial objectives of the company by forecasting requirements, recommending strategic changes & implementing the same
- Analyze and interpret data generated by the sales team & accordingly suggest future plan of action
- Keep a proper record of the activities of the sales team
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in the following-
Customer Relationship Management.
Any CRM software
Excel and Google Sheet
E Mail Responding
Tele Calling
B2B Sales
Meeting with key people.
- B2B e-commerce experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Must be open to travel anywhere in India.
- Prior experience of handling sales team
