Program Manager - Field Sales & Operations - Telecom/FMCD (5-6 yrs)
Desired Profile:
Over 5-6 years of experience in managing national/regional field sales & operations preferably from Telecom /FMCD industry based out of South India .
Responsibility :
A PM will be the complete owner of the Project and one point of contact for Client.
- Making detailed SOP for operation of the project in agreement with Client and ensure adherence.
- Responsible for maintaining the approved headcount and coordinate with project and recruitment team for the same.
- Responsible for managing complete life cycle of associates right from the sourcing to exit.
- Ensuring quality required in sourcing of associates and adherence to selection process as agreed with Client.
- Ensuring smooth on-boarding and training of associates before deployment at the outlet.
- Ensure technology implementation on field for attendance reporting and ensure 100% reporting.
- Ensure publishing of daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly dashboards as per calendar agreed.
- Constant monitoring of associates productivity on laid down KPIs and take corrective action in case of any gap.
- Regular field visits to ensure on ground implementation of Project SOPs.
- Regular review of Project team on agreed KPIs and ensure achievement of project KPIs.
