Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and sharp Career Services Expert to guide our undergraduate students in exploring opportunities in financial advisory, entrepreneurship, management, consulting, and other career paths.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to help students identify their career goals and paths.
- Advise students on career options, industry trends, and necessary skills for various career paths.
- Fostering robust networks with industry leaders, including CXOs and Founders.
- Engage with parents to discuss their child's career aspirations and progress.
- Coordinate and execute extensive learning sessions tailored for students.
- Develop and implement placement readiness training modules for the learner.
- Formulate strategies and policies to enhance student outcomes in career placements.
- Conduct interviews and map student profiles based on company job descriptions.
- Identify and address knowledge gaps in interview preparation, to increase student placement.
- Assist students in preparing and tailoring resumes according to company job descriptions.
