The Role :
- Driving inquiries & admissions for the executive & certificate programs offered for the working professionals and executives.
- Making 120 -150 calls on a daily basis in order to convert the qualified leads provided by the company.
- Looking after the entire sales life cycle : starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program.
- Assist program participants with required documentation for process completion.
- Maintain participant database with CRM tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability with other responsibilities as given from time to time by the reporting manager.
Requirements :
- Minimum 0-10 years of work experience, a large part of which should be in field sales tele - sales, BPOs, counseling, or sales (Travel, Banks, BFSI, EdTech, FinTech)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
- A passion for growing emerging brands with huge potential
- Fluency in Spoken English; Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong and confident personality; Can-Do attitude; Growth Mindset.
- Should love interacting with people; Loves being part of a high energy team.
- Patience, persistence and a high level of customer orientation; Adaptable and Flexible.
