This Opportunity is for you, if :

What we are looking for (minimum) :
- Under graduation (12th STD)/ Graduation or Diploma equivalent
- Sound knowledge of current and emerging sales techniques is highly desirable.
- Able to generate valid leads or trainers (or aptitude to learn) on the web as well US Job boards
- Strong analytical skills.
- 1 to 5 years experience in working for international recruitment, sales or BPO process
Nice to have (will be a plus) :
- Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter
- Track record of building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with the candidates
