- Function: Overall revenue management + Admin + team management + regulatory (overall general management)
- Job Description:
- Employee management: Oversee instructors, office employees- engagements, determine training potential and requirements, hiring of a competent, young team, ensure delivery on targets assigned, address concerns and ensure optimization of skills
- Admin & Operations : Oversee financials, commercials, admin and inventory management, permissions, boat maintenance, strategy to ensure efficient functioning of the Centre
- Business Development: Ensure all events, leads, customers are followed upon, be updated on site visits, vouchers, demo sails, partners engaged with, generate leads and deliver revenue,
- Skills:
- Sales, Negotiation, presentation, operations, finance
- Leadership, result orientation, multi-tasking
- MS Office - Word, Excel etc., written & verbal communication
