Product Trainer (7-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- End to end training management for employees (domestic as well as International), distributors and dealers (domestic as well as international) on CBS products and processes
- Design, develop, execute and monitor following for different levels/profiles of professionals (employees and dealers) :
- Product training programs
- Refresher courses of products
- Advanced/next level courses of product
- Training need identification system
- Training calendar
- Post training effectiveness evaluation systems
- Product and sales knowledge assessment
- Field visits along with sales employees to upgrade hands on knowledge of sales team and extend support to them in securing approvals
