Product Techno Commercial Manager - Veterinary/Animal Healthcare (5-15 yrs)
- Responsible for product management, prepare Marketing & Product strategy and Product life cycle Management.
- Coordinating with Sales & Marketing team to prepare marketing tools for promotional activities.
- Provide training to the Sales team & Distributors.
- Technical support to the sales team & meet the customers & Veterinarians.
- Conducting technical seminars and Customer meet.
- Participate in national & international exhibitions & seminars.
- Cross functional collaboration with all departments and Global team for implementation of strategy and Brand Building.
- Responsible for sharing market feedback / Market Research.
- Conducting product trial and supervising it with the support of sales team and key decision makers.
- Providing technical & diagnostic services for the customers.
- Customer's Objection handling.
- B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc and preferably MBA in Marketing with 5 - 6 years experience in Veterinary / Animal Health care for Poultry segment.
- Having good experience in Product Management & Techno -Commercial role.
- Having excellent knowledge about disease diagnosis in poultry and must have the ability to provide appropriate remedial solutions.
- Should be willing to travel, pan India & it's subcontinent.
- Should be good in developing relationship with Veterinarians, KOL, poultry farmers, integrators and distributors.
