Job description :
Mandatory things : Experience into Sales/Automation/Instrumentation/PLC/ SCADA/DCS/ Sensors/ Vibration , Online System, Conditional Monitoring, Online Monitoring.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement and monitor the technical and commercial strategy on the Indian market
- Study the competitive environment
- Provide business intelligence on the market to identify major projects
- Develop adequate means to expand the sales
- Perform accurate reporting of its activities, update the commercial database and provide business forecasts to Product Manager/Specialist Sales Assistance to the sales/distribution network (distributors / agents) :
- Expand the customer network within the designated geographical area
- Communicate with distributors on new projects
- Negotiating direct contracts/sales
- Identification of prospect
- Collect the necessary information for the establishment of new projects/contracts
- Get the tender publish on our Lock in Specifications
- Submit the commercial conditions in line with the customer requirement
- Negotiating contracts/tender submission
- Payment follow up
Reporting :
- Regular updation of leads and opportunities in the Salesforce
- Monthly review meetings with Product manager
- Quarterly joint review meetings with the Sales Direct
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience of technical sales in the field of Online Systems/ Process Instrumentation/IIOT
- Knowledge on CBM and Vibration will be preferred
- Ability to self-learn, and comfortable in using instruments and software
- Proficient in spoken and written in English
