Product Specialist - Sales Operations (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Market and domain understanding

- Understand the domain of the retail operations, customer experiences and other functional scenarios which company represents & to launch and support those set of products as per company requirements.

Build the insights for the product requirements through various sources like :

- Voice of Customer/partner

- Market research & competitive analysis

- Voice of internal and external sales team (channel)

- Future trend & technology upgradation

- Work with the customers to co-develop the products on a need basis.

- Interact with OEM/HQ/Vendors (Local and International) to develop the product (Kiosk/POS/Peripherals, Accessories)

- Prepare technical data sheet /customize as per customer use case which needs to be published to sales team & partners.

- Maintain internal database of product technical data/ brochure/ images use case videos/ unboxing video/ voice of customers/ EDM etch which helps to promote the product effectively in the market.

- Prepare Product presentation file compare with competition & market requirements which assist in sales process.

- Time to time do field visit along with sales or marketing team to understand the user feedback and ensure such features are addressed in upcoming products or launch new product based on same

- Key responsibilities include maintaining the hygiene of the website (live and EOL products) and its data perfection. (if required any tender specific data sheet preparation and maintenance of the same)

- Track fast-moving products & their sales trend analysis in coordination with product analyst & present to top management.

- Assist all Reginal Sales managers to achieve their target vide keeping right products for sales and keeping inventory on time.

- Participate in sales review & promotion activities (like Vajra Road show events & exhibitions)

- It involves travel to branch office locations.

- Key person to track the product features and suggest alternate products as per customer demand to the salesperson.


- SPOC for all the product technical data & representation of the same.

- Overall responsible for owning the product & its life cycle management.
