JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Territory sales Plan

- Plan the territory sales stockist wise and product wise.

- Ensure sales from all the ex-stations and outstation as per plans.

- The plan is prepared for cycle of 4 months and should be approved by the Manager.

2. Field Work

- Call Average: Minimum of 10 calls per day.

- Coverage of Chemists: Minimum of 4 call per day

- The doctor selected should be evaluated by you so as to get the desired sales in your territory.

3. Reports

- The visit report should be made electronically (LISS) and it should not kept un-entered beyond a period of 3 days.

- Sales and stock statement per month to reflect secondary sales.

- Misc. expense for reimbursement should be submitted at the end of each month.

- Guide Book to be complete in all respects

4. Channel Management

Developing good stockist and retail supply chain so as to ensure that the desired sales

are achieved through a smooth supply channel.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

- You should update yourself with the product knowledge in all respects including the prices.

- Should be able to handle the product objections raised by the doctors

- Should have knowledge in the competitor's products as to their strategy, prescribers and sales in the territory.

- The detailing to the doctors should be done as per the company norms.

- Should send punctual replies to the queries from the doctors, superiors, HO and trade.

- Should be computer literate for sending reports and replies.

Attitude & Integrity

- Should have a good attitude towards the company, the managers and the customers.

- Honesty and integrity should be maintained in all acts and communications to the company, managers and customers.
