Product Specialist - Direct & Channel Sales - Life Sciences (10-14 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Nurture large opportunities directly to achieve high order conversions.

- Close coordination with Supply chain, Service & Support to meet customer expectations on shipment lead times, installations, validations & training.

- Achieve high coverage of select target markets through direct team, channel team, focus accounts team & key account team.

- Collaborate with other divisions to capture cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

- Collate and share competitive intelligence and changing market requirements

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in Science with Account Management experience

- Experience atleast 10+ years of relevant experience in sales of scientific solutions.

- Must have experience of working in key Research & Academia Accounts.

- Exposure to Molecular Diagnostics Market would be an added advantage.

Mandatory Competencies Required :

- Proven experience in handling major Life science & Diagnostic accounts.

- In depth knowledge of Genomics / Life Science workflows.

- Understanding of growth drivers in Life Science / Genomics sector.

- Strong Communication and presentation skills.

- Must have experience in leading teams and mentoring them.

- Must have strong analytical and convincing skills.
