Product Sales Support - Cash Management Services - Bank (1-6 yrs)
- Identify customer needs for products/solutions, Bridge gaps in existing CMS product portfolio and Roll out new product/solutions
- Interface with regulators viz, RBI, SEBI, IBA etc. & also competition to gain up to date knowledge of developments in the market.
- Interface with Bank network to identify opportunities to migrate knowledge/ systems/ processes.
- Establish partnerships with external vendors wherever required
- Work with IT/operations/Legal/ Compliance/ORM towards putting together the necessary systems, processes & documentation.
- Manage product profitability
- Establish a robust MIS for identification of product usage, revenues & cost.
- Identify areas for improving operational efficiencies resulting in increased capacity & reduction in transaction processing costs.
- Develop sales collaterals, viz, brochures, presentation templates, etc.
- Awareness of Competition and other banks offerings in the related space
- Knowledgeable in the new Payment product areas such as NPCI & RBI initiatives, e commerce solutions apart from new Technology developments
- Provide necessary support to Sales teams including pricing approvals, creating proposal templates, customisation of solutions, clarifications on regulatory guidelines etc.
- Participate in RFP's by working closely with sales teams putting together responses.
Professional
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of systems used in the Bank, Products & Processes of bank
- Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, word, power point
- Should be an effective Team Player
- Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
