Product Sales Role - IT (4-7 yrs)
Product sales in BFSI- LOS/LMS/CBS
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Candidates must have field experience in sales and should be willing to take sales assignments in the BFSI sector.
2. Experience in Sales of IT-BFS products
3. Understanding of loans, lending, banking process & policies, KYC, Collection, Data, etc.
4. Able to acquire new customers. Active participation in the day-to-day sales operations.
5. Efficient in Team Management and mentoring.
6. Pipeline generation including Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects, Research and develop prospect list using various channels.
7. Sales Pipeline development and management.
8. Sales forecast and compliance on operational MIS for external and Internal reviews.
9. Achieving sales objectives by marketing and sales of services and products
10. Owning campaigns for promotional activities
11. Should be good at power mapping/ client engagements/ lead generation
12. Must be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.
13. Flexible based on business requirements.
14. Coordinates closely with internal sales, support and delivery resources to align solutions with customers' business requirements.
15. Complete required training and certifications within the assigned time frame.
16. Maintain credibility between internal management end customers.
17. Should be able to create contents, sales collaterals for presentations & also other Microsoft office applications.
18. Should have good communication skills, negotiation skills and must be a team player.
19. Having knowledge of digital marketing - ad campaigns & Search Engine Marketing.
