Product Sales Manager - NRI Banking (8-20 yrs)
Product Sales Manager - NRI Banking
- Responsible for managing NRI Products (CASA & TD) including new product launches and product enhancements
- Responsible for facilitating NR NTB acquisitions across channels including Branch, Sales, NR & others.
- Measure and drive active customer on-boarding and funding activation across channels
- Actively engage with the NR channel to drive portfolio objectives (CASA / TD value growth, remittance penetration, book deepening etc.)
- Analyzing the customer portfolio to drive product penetration and cross-sell initiatives through customer campaigns
- Ensure on-going competitor analysis for product features and TD rates, etc.
- Plan and drive PAN-Bank contests and R&R programs to drive NTB, CASA & TD values
- Coordinate with IT / BSG / CVM for system development and process initiatives
- Devise SOPs for the NR channel and liaise with the SOP team for correct computation and payouts. Facilitate resolution of queries pertaining to SOP
- Act as the one-point contact for the International and Wealth team and provide ongoing product support on need basis.
- Develop various MI reports to facilitate achievement of business numbers
- Creation / Review / update of marketing collaterals for NR Products
- Active involvement in the annual budgeting exercise
- Liaise with Audit / Compliance / Marketing / process teams / other business groups on an on-going basis
- Ensure all products are in line with the regulatory framework including RBI, FEMA, etc
