Product & Sales Manager - Logistics Firm (3-6 yrs)
Position for "Product & Sales Manager/Engineer-- RAC" - Bangalore
- 4+ yrs. Experience in RAC product and sales management..
- India/ UAE market knowledge.
- Contacts in Industry .
- Good Database of Contractors and Consultants to drive the Business.
- Excellent advanced Excel and MS Office skills to prepare and draft reports as per management requirements.
- Excellent in Communication and negotiation skills (Highly needed) .
- Knowledge of P&L ( Profit and loss) Management.
- Highly energetic and a Go getter
- Responsible for Sales management, Procurement, Product pricing, Inventory management, Vendor management and there by strengthening the profitability of the category for principal brands
- Set budgets per each Product Group, based on product planning and market analysis, to meet growth objectives for the designated territory.
- Analyze market situations, product competitors, product pricing, and promotions and use the analysis as the basis to formulate area strategy.
- Monitor and review monthly sales performance for total and individual product group to ensure smooth sales movements in line with the agreed sales plan.
- Negotiate with Factories based on the proper market ordering analysis and collect firm orders from individual dealers every month, in order to achieve the termly target.
- Liaise with the principals for marketing expense budget, in line with yearly purchase to stimulate awareness and sales achievement of the product.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales promotional activities such as seminars, media campaigns in accordance with the overall marketing and sales plan budget.
- Must prepare product presentations and give product trainings and coordinate with internal and external customers.
- Prepare reports as per management requirements and liaise on day to basis for the required functions of Finance,
- Logistics Marketing and sales
