Product Sales Manager - Government Group - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Exploring potential business avenues & managing marketing & sales operations for achieving the business targets; initiating market development efforts and increasing business growth
- Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competitor activities & providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies
- Formulating business plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan
- Coordinating, preparing and launching new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
- Monitoring and analyzing all marketing and sales reports received from regional office and also distributor feedback
- Preparing MIS reports; ensuring the strategic objectives were well understood and executed by the team
- Engaged in budgeting, target analysis, market penetration, sales achievement and resource planning
- Maintaining cordial relationships with Central Ministries and State Government Departments, Financial Institutions, Central & State Public Sector Units, Public Sector Enterprises, Co-Operative Banks, Large Indian Corporate, Government Bodies, Export Organizations, PSUs and so on
