Product Marketing Head - Tech Product (7-10 yrs)
We are currently hiring for Germany based multinational technology product firm who are market leader in Interactive Projection industry focused on human-machine interface solutions. This position is based in their Bangalore's R&D centre.
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone passionate about Marketing, Growth Hacking (Marketing Analytics), Branding, Communications, Social Media and is experienced with the major social networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest), and engagement-driving content production including blogging, writing and videos. You- ll be contributing valuable, creative content and making connections with relevant social influencers, for effective collaborative initiatives.
The VP of Marketing will develop and implement content marketing strategy and campaigns, which will focus on creating active social communities, influencing online conversations, developing compelling content that drives engagement, listening to and responding to community feedback, building relationships, analysing and reporting on optimization efforts.
Who Should Apply:
- Competitive intelligence and product positioning. You apply a combination of messaging and product expertise to improve how the world views the products we build.
- Develop strategy and lead marketing team ahead of new product roll out
- Own feature roadmap communications.
- Define and execute feature or product release strategy
- Analyzing app usage to monitor adoption of new feature and provide recommendations to improve customer experience.
- Work with sales team on pricing, feature rollouts, and the best way to introduce the "next big thing".
- Working with the product and sales teams to make sure feedback (e.g. feature requests) gets to the right places.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in planning, managing and executing brand campaigns in the past (from research to writing creative brief to roll out to analysis)
- Knowledge of all aspect of marking touch points - social, digital, ATL, BTL etc. with experience in managing 360 marketing campaigns or stand-alone campaigns involving different channel mix.
- Curate, Create and manage all published content across platforms. Providing pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects- social, digital, ATL, BTL etc.
- A track record of being a part of large/ mid-scale campaigns in the past with experience in marketing organizations OR has been at a leadership level in mainline creative agency.
- Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and deep understanding of using digital and traditional channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.
- Excellent people skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams and managing his / her own team.
- Should have managed multiple stakeholders from business side in his past experience
- Should be an excellent verbal & written communicator.
- Understand and work well in startup culture - be able and willing to take on all sorts of tasks and responsibilities.
