Product Manager - Wealth Management (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager - Wealth to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our wealth management products, including Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FDs), Insurance, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and other related financial products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling wealth products to existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

This role involves close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure our product offerings are competitive, innovative, and aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Product Strategy:

- Customer Acquisition & Cross-Selling: Develop strategies for acquiring new customers and cross-selling wealth management products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, FDs, PMS, and Insurance to existing clients, increasing customer lifetime value.

- Revenue Generation: Maximize revenue opportunities through brokerage, subscription fees, and other income sources from wealth products.

- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the wealth product offering and improve market penetration across all wealth management services.

2. Product Development & Enhancement:

- Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitors' offerings and market trends for wealth management products. Provide insights to the Product team to enhance the platform with features that meet market demands.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with the Product team to ensure smooth execution of new feature rollouts and continuous improvement of wealth management offerings on mobile, web, and other retail platforms.

- Customer-Centric Solutions: Focus on improving the customer experience across all wealth products, ensuring platforms are intuitive and meet client needs.

3. Fintech Integrations & Technology Advancements:

- Wealth Fintech Solutions: Lead the integration of fintech solutions related to wealth products, including robo-advisors, digital portfolio management tools, and automated investment strategies.

- Product Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with fintech companies to further enhance the wealth management product suite and improve service offerings for clients.

4. Digital Marketing & Client Engagement:

- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute online campaigns that drive product awareness, client acquisition, and engagement across wealth management products.

- Lead Conversion & Cross-Sell Initiatives: Leverage data-driven strategies to optimize conversion rates for new customers and cross-sell additional wealth products to existing clients.

5. Offline Engagement & Lead Generation:

- Events & Partnerships: Organize and lead offline engagement activities such as seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote wealth management products to both prospective and existing clients.

- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads through offline channels and support efforts in both customer acquisition and cross-selling initiatives.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Product & Cross-Selling Performance: Continuously monitor and assess the success of both new customer acquisition and cross-selling initiatives through KPIs, client feedback, and market analysis.

- Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports to senior management, offering insights on growth, product development, and cross-selling effectiveness.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, wealth management, or financial services, with proven experience in managing Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPOs, FDs, PMS, Insurance, or other wealth-related products.

- Expertise in digital product management, including experience working with online platforms and wealth-related fintech integrations.

- Strong understanding of wealth management regulations, industry standards, and compliance.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product growth.

- Proficiency in data analysis, content creation tools, and digital marketing strategies related to wealth management products.
