Product Manager - Polymer/Pipe (10-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Selection and appointment of appropriate distributors/ dealers across the operating locations.
2. Achieving Top & Bottom line target for product set as per Annual Business Plan
3. Ensuring profitability while ensuring market share & penetration
4. Responsible for preparation & implementation of Annual Marketing Plans & Budgets along with monitoring expenses for the execution
5. Developing short term sales and sales operational plans
6. Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
7. Developing appropriate marketing initiatives for existing & new products for supporting the field team
8. Performing regular market visits to Identify market gaps and take regional initiatives to support the sales team Market
9. Developing & updating various POS & marketing tool & Drive various marketing activities -Schemes, Campaigns meets, market mapping, market expansion etc. & also analyzing results from campaign
10. Responsible for Pricing strategy & execution of the product
11. Benchmarking of competition practices, schemes and new competitive moves, and design appropriate strategy to counter- both reactive and proactive
12. Drive the initiatives of Retailers meets at distributor level and Plumber work shop at Retailer levels twice in week per Agri sales person.
13. Responsible for the general supervision and direction of team including monitoring, Control on processes and will take prompt corrective action as appropriate whenever required.
14. Will monitor and manage performance of team as per the guidelines of the corporate policies, corporate directives and collective agreements.
Desired Candidate's Profile
1. Relevant Exp. Of 10-12 years
2. Posgt graduate(PGDBM)
3. Shuold have worked in Polymer/Pipe Industry.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results
5. Communicates technical information and/or complex information in an easy to understand manner.
6. Understanding of consumer needs and behaviour.
7. Strong analytical ability - analyze data, develop insights etc.
8. Have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions.
9. Proven ability to develop brand, Sales & marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
10. Strong attention to detail.
