Job responsibilities: Job Description-ONLINE

Objective:

The objective is to appoint single point of ownership of all aspects related to Value proposition and sales of Online Loan product.

1. Ownership of the specified Online Loan products and its variants end-to-end: market research / define product proposition / implement and launch product / product marketing / monitoring of product performance / ongoing product improvements based on production data and market opportunities

2. Responsible for driving the product strategy and executing the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Technology / Engineering Teams, driving the product definition, requirements, design and delivery of new and/or adaptation of current offerings for markets.

3. Responsible to Define & execute the product vision while working closely with engineering, category/merchandising, marketing and support, to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

4. Ownership of Online Loan product performance and sales results, P&L responsibility

5. On-line loan product market offer, parameters and variants

6. Ownership of the Online Loan sales process

7. Ownership of the Online Loan partner network

8. Ownership of effectivity improvements in all aspects of the Online Loan product value creation chain

Desired Skills :

1. Previous position in online business industry (finance / telco / eshop / )

2. MBA + Engineering

3. Total 9+ years of working experience, 6+ years- experience in project work or business development

4. Knowledge of product management & online marketing

5. Knowledge and experience in business research & analysis, team work

6. Knowledge and experience in process design and implementation incl cooperation with IT

7. Resources and relationships in e-commerce & online business.

8. Experience with e-loans, e-payments systems is an advantage

9. Work & training experience from an international environment is an advantage
