Product Manager - Manufacturing (3-6 yrs)

- One of the leaders in Manufacturing Industry and leader in the - specials- segment with nationwide presence with manufacture plants located across different regions of India.
Brief About Job Role: As a process of consumer understanding, doing periodical consumer study by following KANO process and capturing the consumer insights.
- Developing the new product plan for the year based on the futurestic trends and developments. And increasing the category contribution and market share in terms of value and volume.
- To feed in the product briefs based on the latest market dynamics & consumer trends
- Ensure adherence to the new product plan targets articulated in the business plan by conducting daily and monthly reviews with the product development / industrial team in order to launch the models as per committed timelines.
- Developing the integrated marketing plan for the Mass MTB category. Develop new TVC for the brand.
- Drive the placement of all the existing and newly launched products in the category. Ensure 100% placement of all the models based on it's pricing & positioning.
- Deep Micro marketing analysis on the category on daily / weekly and monthly basis. Understand the all India model wise / market wise / dealer wise sales trends. And framing the strategies accordingly.
