Hiring for MNC in to Industrial Consumables
Position: Product Mnager
Qualification: BE Mech / Chemical with MBA
- Researches and analyzes market conditions,makes recommendations on product preferences, market size, penetration, and marketing practices.
- Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics within assigned market segments. utilizing all relevant Tools (VP, GTM, Deep dive ) Requires knowledge of buying behaviors, customer value chains, market trends, issues, etc..
- Develops a process to communicate with customers - Voice of customer activities.
- Application of professional and/or scientific principles to develop an understanding of differing & variable situations, which will then guide the thinking about the potential ways to address the situation.
- Analyzes data on the organization's existing and potential markets. Provides information which is used to identify and define marketing opportunities for the organization's products .
- Supports with Primary and Secondary Market research for the defined segments.
- Define & take final decision on Article range & Selling Price
- Monitor Sales & GP development on a daily basis & take tactical & strategic actions to ensure that both are on target.
- Identify & introduce new products to increase sales and profit
- Work with Sales Teams to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
- Develop Value based selling proposals for the sales teams
- Work with Sales & Business Heads, Product Procurement Managers & other colleagues to reduce overstocks at each warehouse for the categories handled.
- Support the sales teams through ride along, diagnostic visits, developing large customers, building competency.
Required Candidate profile
- Ready to relocate at Mumbai./ hYDERABAD
- Must have exp. in Brand Marketing and Product Marketing in big organizations.
