Product Manager - IT Hardware (3-6 yrs)

The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Based on the current situation and competition of the Indian market, summarize the development strategies and the long-term development goals of key categories.
- Identify local business development opportunities, Combined with the category development strategy of head office.
- Market research on key categories and new categories.
- Analyze market demand, product planning and definition, and establish and develop key projects.
- Determine the local market pace and formulate development and market requirements.
- Formulate category-guided sales policies with the local marketing department or sales department, combined with the development strategy of head office.
- Manage category performance and adjust strategies for key categories and hot products.
- Manage key category blueprints and formulate product adjustment strategies.
- Develop product training plans and marketing strategies.
- Review new product sales, summarize and provide feedback on product issues.
Ideal Candidate :
- More than 3 years' experience of product management or sales and marketing, must have stationery or consuming products industry background
- Able to travel frequently in surrounding countries
- High abilities of execution of projects, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Should be open-minded, flexible, humble, proactive and self-motivated mindset
- English speaking and writing is a must, other local languages preference.
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
